Our ordering process: how does it work?
DragonflyDesign patterns: Click on the design of your choice and fill out the form.
When we have your desired pillowcase in stock, shipment will take 4 to 6 days after the recieved payment of your order.
If not in stock, we can reprint the design, after we've recieved 50% of your payment. This will take about 12 days before they will be ready to ship. When the remaining amount of your order is paid, shipment will take 4 to 6 days.
Batik products: Click on the email-button for your desired product and include the order number of the product.
Depending on your choice of product, shipment will take 4 to 6 days after the recieved payment of your order.
Payment methods
International payments: We have a Paypal account, easy fast and secure payments in your own currency.
We'll explain the procedure in your personal order process.
Payments from the Netherlands: We are a Dutch based company so for people from the Netherlands it's possible to pay directly to our Dutch ING bankaccount. We'll provide you all details in your personal order process.
Shipping
Our products are processed and shipped from Indonesia. We use Pos Indonesia which provides a tracking system for your order.
In the chart below you find estimates of shipping cost from Indonesia worldwide for parcels under 1 kg.
